In a recent TikTok stream with Jigan, Elesho reminisced about their university days at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), where their bond was forged.
Elesho fondly recalled how Asake would frequently feature in his campus cinematography projects, with compensation consisting of a ₦700 plate of rice and a bottle of Coca-Cola.
This humble beginning laid the foundation for a deep and lasting connection between the two friends.
Asake is described by Elesho as a “day-one friend,” with a treasure trove of shared memories from their university days.
According to Elesho, their friendship circle also included other notable figures, such as celebrity MC Yhemolee, content creator Jimi Agbaje, Woli Arole, and Blaqbones, all of whom were part of their tight-knit group during their early days.
