Ekiti State’s First Lady, Dr. Olayemi Oyebanji, today 12th of February 2025 delivered a lecture to students of the Department of Educational Management at the Ekiti State University (EKSU) in Ado Ekiti.
The lecture, titled Leadership in Formal Organization, was attended by 300-level students from the Faculty of Education.
Dr. Oyebanji captivated the students with her insightful presentation, which focused on various leadership theories, including Trait theory, Behavioral theory, and Situational theory.

EKITI FIRST LADY IMPARTS KNOWLEDGE TO EKSU STUDENTS
Ekiti State first lady, Her Excellency, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji was at Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti today to deliver a lecture to students of the university’s Department of Educational Management.
It was a moment of joy and excitement as the students listened with rapt attention to Her Excellency’s delivery of EDM 303 lecture with the title: LEADERSHIP IN FORMAL ORGANIZATION.
The lecture focused on Concepts of Leadership focusing on Trait theory, Behavioral theory and Situational theory among other theories.
The lecture was well attended by 300 level students of the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education.
Dr Mrs Oyebanji is an Associate Professor at the University of Ibadan.
