2. Government of Mauritius Scholarships for Africans
Open to students who are resident citizens of member states of the African Union or African Commonwealth countries, the Scholarship will support successful candidates in meeting their tuition fees and in contributing to their living expenses during their studies in Mauritius.
3. Government of Finland Scholarships for Higher Education

6. Romanian Government Scholarships for Foreign Citizen
The scholarship program offered by the Romanian state, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to foreign citizens, based on H.G. 288/1993. The scholarships are offered to foreign citizens from countries that are not members of the European Union, for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
7. Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships
